Completing Ourselves

While we are never complete we are always engaged in the process of completing ourselves. I like the seemingly paradoxical words, the journey is the destination. By settling down into the feeling of just being on the journey though, we find the destination.

Is Freedom a Choice?

I attended the Integral Twelve Step Meeting at Alaska Wisdom Recovery this week and the topic was freedom. The thoughts went down so many great branches! So many that today, while those branches spread, I am going back to the roots.
