Caring for Your Self

Thinking about our own self care and Self care is essential to our recovery.

I went looking at images and searched by “attention to self”. Interestingly this brought up almost all negative imagery of self hurt and psychological disorders. So apparently Google follows a rather popular social construct that attention to self is self-ish.
